3 chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. garlic powder
4 c. shredded cabbage
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ c. pineapple juice or 1 c. crushed pineapple
⅓ c. catsup
¼ c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts into thin ½ in.strips. Marinate for 10 min. in mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. Stir fry for about 2 min. Add vegetables to meat, then add chopped green onions, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Fill egg roll wrappers with 2 to 3 Tbsp. meat and veggie mixture; wrap and seal. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Mix all ingredients for soy sauce in med. saucepan til thickened.
