1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup blue cheese separated in 2
½ cup half and half
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp white wine vinegar
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ¼ cup blue cheese, half and half, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce,and salt till smooth. Stir in remaining ¼ cup blue cheese and season with pepper to taste. Can be stored in fridge for several days.
