Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 head of cabbage chopped with
1 teaspoon salt

Dice:

3 stalks celery
1 carrot
½ green pepper
1 onion

Sauce:

½ cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let cabbage and salt set for 1 hour and then drain

2. Boil celery, carrot, green pepper, onion for 1 minute and let cool

3. Mix together sauce mixture pour over all other ingredient store in freezer container.
