1¼ Cup flour
½ Cup butter
½ Cup sheld finely chopped pistachio
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces thawed whipped cream
2 packages (3¾ ounce) pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º degrees, Grease 13x9 pan.
2. In small bowl combine flour, butter and stir until creamy crumbly Stir in pistachios
and press into pan.
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes and let cool.
4. In small bowl combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and
creamy.
5. Fold in ½ carton of whipped topping.
6. Spread this mixture over cooled crust
7. In medium bowl combine pudding and mix in milk beat thoroughly and pour over
cream cheese layer.
8. Frost with remaining whipped topping.
9. Refrigerate overnight
