1½ c Pecans or Walnuts, chopped
1 Yellow Cake Mix (18½ oz)
1 Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3¾ oz)
4 Eggs
½ c Cold Water
½ c Wesson Oil
½ c Bacardi Dark Rum

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour 10" tube pan, or 12 cup Bundt pan.

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour batter over nuts in pan.

Bake one (1) hour. Cool on rack.

Invert on serving plate and prick top of cake. Drizzle and brush glaze evenly over top and sides.

Optional: Decorate with whole maraschino cherries and border of sugar frosting or whipped cream. Serve with seedless green grapes dusted with powdered sugar.

1/4 c Water
1 c Granulated Sugar
1/2 c Bacardi Dark Rum

Melt butter in saucepan.

Stir in water and sugar. Boil five (5) minutes, stirring constantly. Add rum, remove from heat, and drizzle/brush glaze evenly over top and sides.
