4-6 pork chops
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Dip pork chops into eggs and bread crumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil just so coating sticks.

3. Place on rack in a pan and spray with Pam and transfer pork chops.

4. Cook for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Do not turn.
