11/2 c flour
31/2 tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
11/4 c milk
1 egg
3 T butter, melted








Directions:
Directions:
Heat eggs and milk in microwave 5 seconds
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well and pour in the milk, eggs and melted butter.

Cook on lightly oiled griddle using 1/4 c of mix. Flip after bubbles appear on top
