2 Cups chopped Turkey
1¼ Cup (5 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
3 Tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
½ cup mayonaise
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons mustard
½ teaspoon coursely ground pepper
1 egg white lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. In Medium bowl combine turkey,cheese celery, cranberries, parsley, mayomaise, mustard, honey, and black pepper; Mix well

3. Put into baking dish and spread evenly. Brush with egg white sprinkle remaining cheese.

4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
