2 Tablespoon butter or margarine
¼ Cup shortening
1 egg yolk
¼ vanilla
½ package white cake mix
¼ Cup chopped nuts
2 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º

Use medium size bowl. Cream together butter shortening, egg yolk, and vanilla, blend in cake mix half at a time and mix well. Add chopped nuts.

Form scantr teaspoonfuls of dough into balls
Place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 8 to 10 minutes
cool cookies slightly before removing from baking sheet.
