2 cups sliced mushrooms
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
¼ cup half and half
1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ black pepper
3 Tablespoons white cooking wine
3 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
8 ounces cooked spaghetti
¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1: Preheat oven to 350º
2: Cook mushrooms in butter until soft
3: Stir in flour slowly until thickened
4: Slowly stir in chicken broth until thickened (like gravy)
5: Stir in remaining ingredients, except for cheese
6: Pour into oven safe pan or casserole dish
7: Sprinkle cheese on top
8: Bake for 30 minutes
