2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef.
tsp Garlic Salt
tsp Onion Salt
tsp Peppercorns
tsp Mustard Seed
1 TBS Brown Sugar
2 TBS Mortons Tender Quick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix as you would for meatloaf. Make 2 rolls, roll tightly in foil let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake in foil for 1 hours @ 350. When slightly cooled Unwrap and pour out any liquids. Cool in same foil. Re-wrap in fresh foil and let stand in refrigeration for at least 24 hours before slicing and serving.
