1 cup Sifted All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 cup quick cooking rolled Oats
1 egg
1 cup Milk
3 TBS salad Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In Large bowl Sift Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt and Cinnamon together. Add Oatmeal. In a small bowl mix slightly beaten Egg, Milk, and Oil, add the liquid to the dry ingredients, stiring just to moisten. Fill 12 greased muffin pans ⅔ full. Bake at 425º, about 15 minutes.
