Ingredients:  
·  1 egg lightly beaten
·  8 oz pizza sauce
·  1/2 Cup bread crumbs
·  1 chopped onion
·  2 lbs ground beef
·  1/4 c shredded provolone

Directions:
Directions:
1.     Mix egg, 1/2 sauce, bread onion beef well and form into loaf
2.    Wrap in parchment paper. Place in bag and seal. Freeze.
3.     Cook in ninja on rack
4. Top with remaining sauce, cheese cook additional 30 minutes
