2 LBS beef strips
3 TBSP corn starch
1 C Beef Consume
1 large onion; sliced
3 bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 TSP black pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
6 slices of provolone cheese
Hoagie Buns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix corn starch into consume.
2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT for cheese, buns in bag, Freeze
3. Thaw. Cook on “low” setting for 6 hours,
or until beef is cooked through and peppers are soft.
4. Add Cheese. Cook on “low” for additional 10 minutes
5. Serve on a fresh, hot roll.
