1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
2 small potatoes, peeled and chunked
1 small onion, diced
28oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tsp beef bullion granules
1 lb cooked ground beef
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except water. Freeze.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Dump in slow cooker.
Add water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
