Ingredients:  
·  2 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak
·  1 can stewed tomatoes w/juice
·  chopped onion
·  1 Tbsp minced garlic
·  Italian seasoning
· 1 bunch chopped kale
· 2 cans cannolini beans
· 1 bag fr broccoli
· 1 Tbsp balsalmic vinegar
·  beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
1.    Cube beef.
2.    Place all ingredients except kale, vinegar in bag and seal. Freeze.
3.    Thaw. Cook on low for 6 hours.
4.    Add Kale cook on high for 30 minutes
5.    Stir in vinegar. Serve
