Ingredients:  
2 lb beef round steak, thinly sliced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 green pepper, sliced
Large onion, sliced
cup soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
onion, sliced
1 clove minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bag and seal. Place in freezer.
2. To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
3. Dump bag in slow cooker.
4. Place lid on.
5. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
