Ingredients:  
• 2 lbs stew meat
• 1 lb sliced mushrooms
• 1 small onion, diced
• ½ cup red cooking wine
• 2 beef bouillon cubes
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except water and sour cream in bag and seal. Freeze.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Dump in slow cooker. Add 1 cup water; stir well.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove some of the liquid after cooking if necessary.
Stir in ½ cup sour cream before serving (do not freeze with bag or put in at beginning of cook time because it will curdle).
Serve over rice or pasta
