Cheater's Lasagna Recipe

1lb ground Italian sausage, browned + drained
28 oz can diced tomatoes
5 oz tomato paste
1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce
1 cup fresh onion, diced
cup fresh green pepper, diced
Italian Seasoning mix
Bow tie or other flat pasta, Cooked
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Place all ingredients except pasta in bag and seal. Freeze.
Cook on low 6 hours
After 4 hrs, add cooked pasta and stir well.
