Yams (2 boxes for Thanksgiving)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450

2. Boil yams (with skins on)when done drain and refrigerate overnight.

3. Peel and slice yams (into steak fry size strips) and place on cookie sheet.

4. Place two or three pats of butter on each slice of potato.

5. Cook for approximately 1 hour. (mine usually take at least 1 hours)
