2 lbs chicken breasts, 1" pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
frozen broccoli florets
2 tbsp corn starch (Day of Cooking)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except cornstarch into bag. Freeze.
When ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight.
Pressure Cooker: 15 minutes
Change to Saute setting, stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
Serve over rice
