Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
• 1 lb chopped carrots
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 lg can chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 1 teaspoons cumin, chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 lb chicken breasts, 1″ chunks
• 4 cups chicken broth (day of cooking)


Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except broth into bag. Freeze.
When ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight.
Place in slow cooker, add broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
