2 lbs boneless sirloin tip roast, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
16 oz bag frozen sugar snap peas

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into bag. Freeze.
When ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight.
Slow Cooker: Cook on Low for 8 hours
Pressure Cooker: 17 minutes
