• 2 lbs boneless sirloin tip roast, sliced
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 16 oz bag frozen sugar snap peas

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into bag. Freeze.
When ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight.
Slow Cooker: Cook on Low for 8 hours
Pressure Cooker: 17 minutes
