1+3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 lb butter
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º

Sift dry ingredients together.

Cut in butter & cheese with a pastry blender.

Blends until it forms a dough.

Roll out on a lightly floured board to 1/4" thickness

Cut into strips - 1 " wide & 2" long.

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown
