½ C. Hot Water
½ C. Butter (melted)
½ C. Sugar (superfine)
2 T. Lemon Juice
2 Eggs (Beaten)
2 T. Limoncello

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 4 C. water in bottom of a double boiler to boiling. In a mixer beat together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add ½ C. water mixing constantly, transfer mixture to top of double boiler. Stir until thickened. Right before serving whisk in limoncello (skip this step when serving the younger crowd).
