1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
14.5 oz can tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
15.25 oz can corn, undrained
15.25 oz can hominy, undrained
15.75 oz can Great Northern beans, undrained
16 oz can pinto beans, undrained
14.5 oz can chicken broth
1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
1 oz pkg dry Ranch dressing mix

Optional garnish/accompaniments: green onions, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, fresh tomatoes, fresh cilantro, black olives.

Brown beef. Combine all ingredients in large stockpot. Bring to simmer and cook at least 30 minutes or longer.
