3 sticks butter
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp crisco
3 cups warm water
3 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
~5 lbs of flour

Beaten egg for brushing tops

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Melt butter, margarine, and crisco

3. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water until foam ~20-25 minutes

4. In large bowl or mixer:
Add butters and water
Slowly add flour
Mix until dough forms
Cover, let it rise until double in size

5. Take small balls
Roll into rope
Plaxe again and shape into circle
Brush with egg

6. Bake until golden
