1 pkg puff pastry
1 cup feta, crumbled
10 oz frozen spinach
1 onion, finely chopped
3 eggs
1 Tbsp fresh parsley or dill
1 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven. Mix 2 eggs, onion, herbs, feta and thawed and drained chopped spinach that has been squeezed with a paper towel. Cut pastry into 2" x 2" or 3" x 3" squares. Fill and seal edges with egg wash(1 egg and water beaten). Seal with fork Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until Brown.
