1 ¼ cup mayo
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ Tbsp fresh parsley
¼ cup green onion
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, or wine vinegar
1 garlic clove or 1 Tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Put all into a food process or blender and pulse until small bits. Keep in refrigerator-needs to set 24 hours before use. If too thick add a little milk. Watch the salt you can use too much.
