Powdered Sugar Icing

1 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. milk
tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, stir milk into sugar. Add vanilla.
2. Drizzle on your favorite dessert.

May be thickened with sugar or thinned with milk
or other flavored liquids. Enough icing for about 30 Egg Biscuits.
 

Royal Icing


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 cups (about 1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
5 tbsp. warm water
3 tbsp. Meringue Powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together until icing forms peeks.
(7-10 minutes at low speed with mixer).
(10-12 minutes with hand mixer).

2 Let the icing sit for 15 minutes to an hour to let
bubbles rise naturally.
