Calamari
1 onion, chopped
1/4 of coffee cup white wine
rice
salt and pepper
parsley, anitho, maratho
2-3 tbsp crushed tomato
lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 º

2. Prepare
Clean calamari by removing tentacles
Add to boiling water to cook
Remove and chop tentacles into small pieces
Set aside

3. In pan
Add EVOO, cut cup calamari and cook until red
Add white wine and turn down heat
Add rice and turn heat up a little then shut off
Add salt, pepper, herbs, and crushed tomato

4. Assemble
Stuff calamari
Seal with tooth pick
Place in single row in baking dish
Add mixture of water, lemon, tomato

5. Bake covered for 30 minutes or until rice cooked
