Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground meat
1 onion, grated
1 garlic, minced
1 tomato, grated
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp mint and parsley
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper
Pinch of cumin

Sauce:
Tomato sauce of choice
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all together
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
3. Shape into ovals
4. Bake x 15 minutes at 375
5. Place in a pot with tomato sauce and 1 bay leaf
6. Cook on low for about 30 - 45 minutes
