Ingredients:  
1 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
2 TB sugar
2+1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Add yeast to warm water then add remaining ingredients & mix.

Cover & let rest for 1 hour.

Put into greased muffin tins & let rise for 1 hour.

Bake until brown, aprox 20 minutes
