1/4 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 Cup Greek-style yogurt
Juice from half a lemon
Salt/Pepper to taste
4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Red Onion, sliced
3 Tbsp of buffalo sauce
2 Tbsp melted butter
Romaine Lettuce
4 Sesame Seed Buns, Toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blue cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice with a bit of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook for 4-5 minutes a side on in a pan or grill until done. Cook the onions on the grill or stove while the chicken cooks. When the chicken is done, remove from pan/grill and rest for 5 minutes.

Combine hot sauce and butter and brush over the cooked chicken. Build sandwich with lettuce, chicken, and blue cheese sauce on the bun.

I like spicy food and chicken sandwiches. Feel free to substitute the hot sauce and blue cheese sauce for BBQ sauce and cheddar, but please note that if you suggest you have BBQ chicken sandwiches too frequently, your spouse may never want them again.
