1 cup dried apricots, coarsely cut
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2+3/4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Combine apricots & boiling water, then let cool.

Combine the remaining ingredients & mix with apricots.

Bake in 2 loaf pans in a slow oven (300º?) for an hour
