1 onion, grated
tomatoes with inside grated
zucchini with insides grated
eggplant with insides grated ( put in water x 1 hour first )
pumpkin, grated
1 potato, grated

1 tsp cumin
2-3tbsp rice/person
anitho
marathou
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all grated ingredients, add salt and paper and spices
2. Add rice, oil, 2 tbsp water and mix together
3. Fill vegetables

4. Place in baking dish
Put enough water to go to top of tomato
Put small about EVOO and salt
Slice tomatoes and put on top

5. Cover

6. Bake for 1.5 hours
Check on it and add more water prn
