1 onion, chopped
1 garlic, minced
white wine
1 can crushed tomatoes
parsley
orzo
Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chicken into pan
2. Cook until all water gone
3. Add EVOO, onion, garlic and sauté
4. Add white wine
5. Add crushed tomato
6. Add parsley
7. Add water and cook for about 30 min


In another pan:
1. Add butter and orzo, cook to darken

In a bakin dish:
1. Add chicken, orzo, and hot water
2. Put into oven x 15 min
