1+1/2 lb squash, any variety, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/2 lb tomatoes, sliced thin
garlic to taste
Chicken boullion cube or 1/2 cup broth ( if necessary)
1 tsp crushed dry dill seed
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp, sugar, if desired
salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Layer all ingredients in casserole dish & bake for aproximately 30 minutes or until tender
