Ingredients:  
1 bag chickpeas, soak in water overnight, then drain and rinse
1 onion, chopped
1-2 garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes, crushed or sauce
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
1 tbsp EVOO

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak, drain and rinse chickpeas
2. Place peas in pot and add enough water to cover
boil and take off foam
3. Saute onion, garlic, tomatoes, bay leaf, salt and pepper
4. Add to chickpeas
5. Cook x 2 hours on stove top
6. Put into casserole dish
7. Add b. cube
8. Cover and cook in oven for 1 hour at 350º
