Bag of chickpeas
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
parsley
1 can crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chickpeas in bowl of water overnight
2. Drain, add water and 1 tbsp of baking soda x 30 minutes, then wash
3. In a large pot,
Add chickpeas and water
Clean foam off
Turn down fire and cook x 30 min

4. In another pan,
Cook oil, onion, and tomato
Put into pot of chickpeas, along with salt, pepper, cumin and parsley

5. Put into oven
