½ bunch green onions, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 lb ground chuck
salt and pepper
dill
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare Filling:
1. Sautee yellow onion in EVOO
2. Add green onion once onions start to cook
3. Add tomato sauce
4. Simmer x 5-10 min
5. Add salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice
6. Turn off stove
7. Add rice and meat & mix

Assemble:
1. Rinse grape leaves in cold water in the colander
2. Line pan/baking dish with wax paper
3. Roll leaves with a small amount of mixture
4. Place rolled leaves in baking dish/pan

Bake:
1. Put pieces of butter on top of grape leaves
2. Add enough water to cover
3. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice
4. Cover with wax paper
5. Cover with aluminum foil
6. Bake for 90 minutes

Can freeze after step 4 under assemble.
Layer of wax paper, then wrap in aluminum foil
When ready to bake, add the butter/water/lemon juice; cover and put into oven.
