4 eggs, slightly beaten
1-29 oz can solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2-12 oz cans evaporated milk
2 9-inch uncooked pie crusts

Preheat oven to 425º. Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350º and bake additional 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean. Cool, Serve with home whipped cream.
