Ingredients:  
4 cups zucchini, grated - drain in colander and let sit all day
1 onion, grated- drain in colander and let sit all day
1 egg, beaten
parmesan cheese
feta cheese
mint
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all through breadcrumbs
2. Make into patties
3. Dip the patties in flour on both sides
4. Fry in mazola or vegetable oil until both sides are golden brown
