6 Tomatoes
1 Small Green Pepper
1 Medium Onion (I use sweet onions)
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic (or to taste)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Dried Cilantro (or more if fresh - to taste - optional)
2 tsp Lime Juice
¼ Cup Cider Vinegar (approximate - start with a little less)

Chop all vegetables. I do not use a food processor because everyone liked a chunkier salsa. Mix vegetables together and add the sugar, salt, cilantro, lime juice, and vinegar. Adjust to taste. Refrigerate. Flavor will develop after about 2 hours.
