1 large can of sauerkraut, drained
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can pimiento, drained & chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1+1/4 cup sugar
1 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a tupperware bowl, combine first five ingredients.

Combine vinegar & sugar in a saucepan, simmer until sugar dissolves. Add oil then pour over mix in bowl & stir.

Will keep in refrigerator for atleast a week
