2 eggs
1 cup sour cream, 8 oz
1 cup sugar
6 T all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
3 cups peeled, chopped apples
1 unbaked deep dish 9' pie shell
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
¼ cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

In large bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream. Stir in sugar, 2 T flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar, and flour. Sprinkle over top of pie. Return to oven for 20-25 minutes or until filling sets. Cool on a wire rack. Serve or cover and refrigerate.
