5 cups damson plums
5 cups sugar
2 tbsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:

Boil damsons for 20 minutes (or a little longer), remove from burner.

Add cream of tartar, let set for 5 minutes.

Pour in clean, hot jars and seal.
