1¾ Cup sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 Tbls salt
2 cups freshly sliced apples
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking pan
Combine first three ingredients in large mixing bowl, mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, pour into pan. Bake for 45 minutes. When cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar
