Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can corned beef
2 onions, chopped
6 medium potatoes, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
salt & pepper to taste
a few tablespoons of instant potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange meat & vegetables in layers in a casserole dish. Mix soup & water together & pour over the layers.

Bake in a 350 oven for one hour or until vegetables are tender. if too watery, thicken it up with a couple tablespoons of instant potatoes
